Report a problem
Something went wrong
Because the analysis runs on your device, nothing is logged anywhere we can see — so a report with details is the only way a problem gets found.
What to include
- What you did — the steps, in order, that led to it
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Your settings — shade count, analysis detail, and the hue-separation position
- Your browser and device — for example “Chrome on Android 14” or “Safari on an iPad”
- The reference size, and whether it happens with other images too
- A screenshot, if it is something visible
If a colour map looks wrong
Check the match figure in the Layers panel first and include it. “Match: excellent, mean ΔE 0.8, but the shadows on the robe are merged” is a report that can be acted on; “the colours are wrong” is not.
If the studio will not load or freezes
Note the reference size and whether the progress bar moved. Very large images are limited by your device rather than by the software, so a smaller analysis setting is worth trying — but tell us either way, because a freeze is a bug.
Security problems
If you have found something with security implications, email it directly rather than posting publicly, and it will be dealt with first.
That link pre-fills the details above, so nothing gets forgotten.
