Studio image processing stays on your device. Accounts, billing and support involve separate online services.

Your images and projects
Image analysis happens entirely in your browser. Your reference photographs, the maps produced from them, your paint list and your saved projects stay on your device. They are not transmitted to us and we cannot see them.
Your paint selection and preferences are kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes them.
What we do collect
If you register: we use your name and email to provide your account. Our authentication provider manages your password. Secure, HTTP-only cookies keep you signed in. They are separate from your locally stored paint settings.
If you subscribe: our payment processor handles your payment and gives us your email address, country, plan and payment status so we can provide the service, issue receipts and answer support requests. Card details are handled by the processor and never reach us.
If you email us: we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
Standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser for security and reliability.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that follow you between sites.
Processors
Account authentication is provided by Supabase. Payments and billing management are provided by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Varnika. Our hosting provider serves the website and account API. These services process account or billing information as needed to provide the features you use.
Keeping and deleting
We keep billing records for as long as tax law requires, and support correspondence for as long as it is useful. You may ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to those record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to us and we will respond.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
