Refunds & cancellation
Cancel whenever you like. If the tool did not do what the site said it would, ask for your money back.

Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends, and files you have already exported remain yours.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. For yearly plans, the same 14 days apply from the date of the yearly charge.
We will also refund a charge that was clearly accidental — a duplicate payment, or a renewal you had already asked us to stop.
Outside that window
After 14 days a paid period is generally not refundable, because the service has been available to you throughout it. If something went genuinely wrong, tell us what happened — we would rather resolve it than stand on the policy.
How refunds arrive
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, and usually appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
The free plan
The free plan requires no payment, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can stop using it at any time.
